NEW RELEASES
December 7th, 2011 | Add a Comment
The following tunes (in no particular order) are among those new releases I believe will make it, if the proper promotion is placed behind them. The Christmas ones are of course seasonal songs that should be around for a few more Christmases to come. When it becomes possible, in the future, I will be able to post samples.
1. Denial…….FayAnn Lyons (nice vocals from this young lady…very soon she will be riding a Reggae riddim!)
2. Silver Words….Robert Minott w/Kirkie D (a very nice update on this classic)
3. Chase The Devil Away….Etana (the strong one is at it again – well done!)
4. My Best Girl…Allan Kerfew w/Bigga Haitian
5. Murderer (Preserve Life)…..Dubtonic Kru (overdue hit from these guys)
6. Your Love Is Wanted….Kashief Lindo (nice uptempo riddim)
7. Blessing…..Qushan Dia (after finishing 2nd in the recent Festival Song Competition – this is a winner!)
8. Green Light…..Ce’Cile (seems to be leaving the almshouse arena)
9. How We Living…Cherine Anderson
10. Loving Her Was Easier…Noddy Virtue
11. No Trust…..Singer Jah (new artist, factual lyrics)
12 The First Time….Barbee (much improved!)
13. Tall And Sexy…..Sophia Brown (a new twist to the classic “Girl From Ipanema” – well done!)
