BRITISH 3 YEAR-OLD GIRL DUMPED WITH STRANGERS – AFTER MOTHER’S DRUG ARREST IN KINGSTON!

Fears were growing last night for a three-year-old British girl, whose mother was held in Jamaica on an alleged drug charge.

According to THE SUN newspaper, little Ebony-May Richardson’s family in the United Kingdom have been told she is being looked after by an aunt after her mother Claire’s arrest.

However, the youngster’s frantic elder sister Shanice James said convicted drug runner Claire, 37, has no relatives on the Caribbean island.

She fears Ebony-May has been dumped with strangers mixed up in the narcotics business.

Mother-of-four Claire, of Derby, was caught in Jamaica’s capital Kingston by cops probing a plot to smuggle drugs into the UK.

She is now in jail awaiting court proceedings.

Shanice, 19, said she warned Derby social services last November that her mother was planning a drugs run and taking Ebony-May as “a cover”.

Shanice said: “I am worried sick about my little sister and fear she could be in danger. She is three-years-old and has been dumped with strangers.

“My mother apparently handed her over to a woman who she claimed was her auntie. But I know she has no family in Jamaica.” Shanice, of Darlaston,West Midlands, added: “I just want Ebony-May to be brought home safe and sound.”

Claire, who went to Jamaica over the Easter holiday was jailed for six years in 2001 over a drug smuggling plot.

The Foreign Office said “we are looking into the matter.” Derby social services said they were aware of the family.
