The most anticipated Caribbean festival of the year is finally here. “Palm Beach Carnival” is only 3 days away. This bright and beautiful festival of colors has been the talk of the town for the past few weeks, and this Saturday June 15th, Boca Raton Comes alive with culture. Local Caribbean restaurateur Owen Welks says “This festival I just what we need to let loose!” Live performances by the Caribbean’s top artistes like Jamaica’s Assasin, Trinidad’s Blaxx, Haiti’s very own Djakout and the world famous Leon Coldero & the Code 868 Band.
