JAMAICA’S FORMER MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE ROGER CLARKE IS DEAD!
KINGSTON, Jamaica–
Former Minister of Agriculture Roger Clarke is dead. People’s National Party colleagues confirmed Clarke’s death a short while ago.
Details regarding Clarke’s death are unconfirmed at this time. However, Clarke visited the United States recently for surgery.
