TOP ACTS FOR THE GRACE JAMAICAN JERK FESTIVAL SOUTH FLORIDA, SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 9!

TARRUS Riley, Inner Circle, Luciano, Duane Stephenson, Dean Fraser and newcomer Tydal comprise the live entertainment segment of the 13th annual Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival, scheduled for Markham Park in Sunrise, Florida on November 9.

The event is promoted by Jamaican Jerk Festival Inc, USA. It has become a staple on South Florida’s leisure scene, attracting over 10,000 patrons each year.

Festival CEO Eddy Edwards is excited about ‘Jerk Week’ which was introduced last year. Its Hot Trot 5K Walk/Run, which kicks off activities on November 3, features Olympic and World Championship gold medallist Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce.

The Publix Cooking Pavilion is another hot spot. It is where top and amateur cooks show their chops in the Jerk Cook-off and Celebrity Quick Fire Challenge. Winners receive cash prizes and the coveted Dutch Pot Trophy.

For the hip crowd, the Hot Zone at De Party Pavilion showcases deejays Jazzy T, Waggy T Innocent, Eccentrix and DJ Twiggy.
