SINGER/SONGWRITER EMPIRE ISIS, RECUPERATING IN MONTREAL AFTER CAR ACCIDENT IN JAMAICA!

 Empire Isis on the mend—-

CANADIAN reggae singjay Empire Isis is recuperating in a Montreal hospital after a successful surgery due to a motor vehicle accident in Jamaica on April 28.

The entertainer sustained from multiple injuries including a fractured skull and several broken bones. She was admitted to the Kingston Public Hospital and subsequently airlifted to Canada.

“I made it after surgery, I am alive,” she said in a Facebook post yesterday.

The singer/songwriter, who has been living in Kingston for two years, was travelling from St Thomas to Kingston with her road manager when the accident occurred.

Empire Isis also used social media to thank her fans and well-wishers.

“Since arriving in Montreal, I am filled with an amazing positive energy, emanating from you all… My friends, my family, and my fans! I will get through this and shine again, just a quick note to say thank you so much…. I FEEL YOU, real bonafide love,” she posted.

Empire Isis, whose given name is Miriam Moufide, was born in Wales to a Moroccan father and British mother.

She is currently signed to Monumental Records and distributed by Universal Music Group.

Among her releases are Come With Me, Ignite, Ina Da Streets, Mission and Fi Di Man Dem.
