For years, it is one of the most iconic posters in history, and even today, it is a collector’s item on the market. It’s the 1972 Tourism Poster for Jamaica Tourism, that features an Indian girl, donning a red fluorescent t-shirt with the country’s name placed upon her chest while emerging from the waters completely soaked.

Almost every generation may have know about this timeless photo. But what most people may not know is that the model in the poster is actually from Trinidad.
