Kym Hamilton formerly known as Gaza Kim is eyeing a return to the musical spotlight.

The vivacious singer recently released a sizzling hot new single titled Time Up, that was recorded with Dancehall deejay Kalcium.

The former Gaza Empire member who is known for songs such Teenage Pregnancy, which was done with Vybz Kartel and Bills ft. Lisa Hyper believes that her new single will help her to reconnect with her fans in the Dancehall.

“I’m getting a lot of positive feedback about Time Up. People are telling me they love the melody and the lyrical interplay between Kalcium and me. People like these kind of songs that deal man and woman relationship issues,” she said.

Time Up was released in August, since then it has been enjoying rotation in a number of countries including the U.S., South Africa, Guyana and Trinidad.

“This song is getting heavy rotation in various parts of the world. It’s getting tremendous support from DJs in many different places, and I am very grateful for this. From all indications Time Up is going to be a hit,” said Hamilton.

Time Up was produced by Hype Vibez Production and mixed and mastered by Audiotraxx Production. A music video is also in the pipeline for Time Up.

“Kalcium and I are planning to shoot a video for our song. We want to do it as early as next month because we want to go as hard as possible with the promotion for Time Up.”
