There will be a section of the festival area dedicated to it and addresses by activists and spiritualist involved in freeing it up for medicine and recreation. Peter Tosh was the most stalwart and militant defender of” InI Holy Herb”, when he was alive, to that end, his youngest son and inheritor of his spirit, TOSH 1, will perform and speak at this year’s festival.

Originally called Jelle’s Annual Harvest Festival, this was a 50th birthday party for our Reverend Mother, Onatti Jellether first held in 1999 in the historic William McClatchy Park, in the Oak Park neighborhood in Sacramento, California. It was the first and only major reggae festival held in Sacramento’s Oak Park. Over 3500 people came into the Oak Park community for a safe, fun-filled day of music, dance and culture. It was a work of love and the festival energy reflected it.
