PETER Tosh’s militant Legalize It and Sean Paul’s party monster We Be Burnin’ have been named in Billboard Magazine’s Top 25 weed songs.
The list includes light-it-up classics by Snoop Dogg ( The Next Episode), Bob Dylan ( Rainy Day Women No 12 & 35), Amy Winehouse ( Addicted) and Rihanna ( James Joint).
Legalize It, from Tosh’s 1976 album of the same name, is number three. We Be Burnin’, released in 2005, is at number 15. Mary Jane by funk legend Rick James is number one.

Missy Elliott’s Pass That Dutch came in at number four, while Stay High by Three 6 Mafia was named number two.
