DANCEHALL ARTIST TOMMY LEE SPARTA’S TRIAL FAILS TO START!

The trial of popular entertainer Tommy Lee Sparta failed to get under way on Monday.

Tommy Lee, whose real name is Leroy Russell, is among four persons who were scheduled to go on trial in the Home Circuit Court today on charges related to the lottery scam.

However, the courtroom where the trial was scheduled to take place is being used for another trial.

The case is now set for October 13.

Tommy Lee is charged along with O’Brian Smith, Shanice James and Sabrina Williams, for possession of identity information and unlawful use of premises under the Law Reform Fraudulent Transaction Special Provisions Act.
