THE RITA MARLEY FOUNDATION ENJOYS VISIT FROM GHANAIAN KING!

The Suapolor of the Shai Traditional Area of Ghana, His Royal Majesty Drolor Bosso Adamtey I last Friday visited the Rita Marley Foundation (JA), the philanthropic organization that carries out numerous projects in the West Africa country.

His Royal Majesty and renowned Ghanaian Judge, Julia Sakordie Mensah, were on official visit to Jamaica, but took time from their hectic schedules to visit the Foundation.

The King and Judge thanked Dr Rita Marley (Nana Afua Adobea 1) and the Rita Marley Foundation for its significant contributions to the youth, women and elderly.

A globally recognized international relations consultant,  the King is also the first Chancellor of the University of Professional Studies Accra – Ghana (UPSA).

Meanwhile, Judge Julia Sakordie Mensah has worked in Botswana and Sierra Leone reconstructing and improving those nations’ judicial systems. She is  currently based in the Bahamas, serving as a criminal justice expert for the Commonwealth Secretariat.
