Singer Anthony Cruz, whose daughter Shanice was murdered in February, intends to take a stand against domestic abuse. ANTHONY CRUZ APPEALS TO THE HEARTS OF FEMALES, WITH A NEW SINGLE!

 Anthony Cruz— Singer Anthony Cruz calls for more appropriate behavior from the females in his new song, Heart, Mind And Soul, produced by Pearl Haabah Production. Cruz, who has taken a cultural path with his songs this year, said some of the dance moves and utterances by the ‘fairer sex’ are extreme. He wrote Heart, Mind And Soul with Patrick Howell, head of the Pearl Habaah label. “We want to let the ladies know that they are queens and princesses and they have to cut out that kinda behavior. In 1972, the famous bandwagon of reggae musicians, organised by Clancy Eccles, helped Michael Manley get elected prime minister. The Jamaica Observer starts a series with music industry players giving their views on the political process leading to the national poll on February 25. WITH all the drama and hype surrounding the February 25 General Election, Anthony Cruz isn’t paying much attention.  Anthony Cruz—- IN recent months, singer Anthony Cruz has sported a new look. Shoulder-length locks and full-grown beard. Known in dancehall circles as a balladeer, he says he has found his calling in Rastafari. Cruz, who is in his early 40s, is aware of talk that his image is just that — an image. “First of all, Rasta is not image, is a way of life. LEROY SIBBLES RELEASES THE “FEEL GOOD” RIDDIM!

Now-a-days the legendary singer/songwriter/musician Leroy Sibbles divides his time between touring, recording and producing for his indie label "Bright Beam Music". He recently released a new riddim featuring some the top names in the industry, including another legend, The Queen, Marcia Griffiths.
