By K’Shema Francis—   Fabian The Truth formerly Fabian Marley has been slapped with a lawsuit by The Bob Marley Foundation and 56 Hope Road Music Limited. A DNA result recently concluded that Fabian is not the son of the reggae Legend and is a 99% match with the man who is the father of his other siblings. The Bob Marley Foundation controls the rights to the Bob Marley name in Jamaica, while 56 Hope Road Music controls the rights to the name in the rest of the world.
