MUSICOLOGIST BUNNY GOODISON MOVES HIS POPULAR “RHYTHMS” FROM KINGSTON’S HOT 102 FM!

By Howard Campbell– GOODISON… never had the inspiration to work there anymore— AFTER 16 years at the Hot 102 FM radio station, broadcaster/musicologist Bunny Goodison and his popular Rhythms programme have moved on. Goodison told the Sunday Observer that he left the station last month, citing “a number of issues” for his reason to leave. He declined to give details for his departure. “All I can say is that I never had the inspiration to work there anymore. The enthusiasm just wasn’t there,” he said. Goodison hosted Rhythms in the 5:00-9:00 pm slot on Sundays. Its ska, rocksteady and classic Rhythm and blues format catered to a mature audience.
