   By Howard Campbell— Phillip ‘Fattis’ Burrell—-LIVING Heart, a 12-song tribute to producer Phillip ‘Fattis’ Burrell’s Xterminator Records, was released on March 11. The album’s release marks the 25th anniversary of the label that helped nurture the careers of Ini Kamoze, Luciano and Sizzla. Burrell died in December 2011 at age 57.
