DANCEHALL SINGER J CAPRI, TO BE BURIED MONDAY, DECEMBER 14!

 Artist J Capri will be buried on December 14.— In addition, a wake is planned for Little Copa in Bull Bay, St Andrew, this Saturday. “We want both the wake and thanksgiving service to be a joyful occasion. My daughter was a happy soul and we want to always remember her for that,” Kenneth Phillips, father of the late artiste, told the Jamaica Observer.  J Capri— Sources have confirmed that singjay J Capri, who was hospitalised for more than a week following a motor vehicle crash, has died. The entertainer reportedly succumbed to her injuries this morning at the University Hospital of the West Indies in St Andrew. J Capri, whose given name is Jordan Phillips, is currently at the University Hospital of the West Indies. She was admitted there following an early-morning auto accident along Barbican Road in St Andrew Sunday. Speaking with the Jamaica Observer yesterday, her father Kenneth Phillips said, “She is going to have some good and bad days…she had a really rough night last night as she was passing too much urine. J Capri, whose given name is Jordan Phillips, reportedly lost control of her Mercedes-Benz which hit a wall before overturning along Barbican Road in St Andrew, early yesterday morning. “We are really grateful to the donors who came in to give blood, but we are asking others to please contribute as her blood count is extremely low. She really lost a lot of blood,” he said.
