ZIMBABWE’S NATIONAL NEWSPAPER LAUDS JAH CURE FOR HIS OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE!

 Jah Cure— Media reports out of Zimbabwe are giving Jamaican reggae singer Jah Cure the ‘thumbs up’ following a recent performance in that African state. Reports indicate that the singer, best known for tracks including Longing For, Unconditional Love, and True Reflection, was professional and delivered a great set at the Harare International Conference Center, despite technical difficulties involving the sound. JAH CURE ARRESTED IN THE BAHAMAS, BUT HAD CHARGES DROPPED!

The Grammy-nominated singer was reportedly charged with ‘Disturbance of the Peace’ however the charges were later dropped after the artist pleaded not guilty. JAH CURE HURT IN FIGHT IN HOTEL LOBBY IN THE BAHAMAS, ACCORDING TO LOCAL NEWSPAPER!

Joshua Polacheck—- Public affairs officer at the United States Embassy in Kingston, Joshua Polacheck, is suggesting that some Jamaican entertainers who say they are being kept out of the United States because of homophobic lyrics are not telling the truth. Polacheck said yesterday that Jamaican entertainers have “never” been denied visas or had them taken away over matters such as as anti-gay lyrics. “No artist has ever been refused a visa for artistic reasons, and that includes promoting views that are either loving or repelling. The market may not choose to employ them,” Polacheck said. “Sometimes no one wants to hire them and they are using that as an excuse,” he added.
