Fitzroy Francis.— WHILE attending Kingston College in the early 1980’s, Fitzroy Francis got acquainted with the growing music scene in his Waterhouse community. A protege of Black Uhuru founder Duckie Simpson, Francis learned the ropes working with that group and Junior Reid, another Waterhouse talent. Five years ago, Francis launched Mightyful13 Records in New York City.
