MYSTIC REVEALERS PUSHES FOR WEED LEGALIZATION WITH RELEASE OF NEW SINGLE!

 Mystic Revealers— HERB Must Legalise, the pro-ganja song from roots-reggae band Mystic Revealers, is scheduled for release in October. The digital launch of the song coincides with its music video, directed by Michael Cushnie. Production on the song started last year at the Grafton studio of producer Mikey Bennett. It has slots by artists including Chronixx, Kabaka Pyramid, Jesse Royal, Suzanne Couch and Canadian deejay Snow. It was initially scheduled for release this month, but that has been pushed back for completion and premier of the video which was filmed in Kingston and Bull Bay, the band’s longtime base. TAD’S RECORDS TO RELEASE COMPILATION SET FEATURING NEO-ROOTS ARTISTS!

Produced by Damian ‘Junior Gong’ Marley, Well Done hears the 29-year-old singjay addressing hot topics such as the government’s arrangement with the International Monetary Fund, and the presence of Spanish hotel franchises in Jamaica. SEVENTEEN JAMAICAN ACTS FOR THE SIERRA NEVADA WORLD MUSIC FESTIVAL JUNE 20-22!

Tarrus Riley & Derrick Morgan— A SLEW of Jamaican acts are scheduled to perform at the 21st annual Sierra Nevada World Music Festival set to take place in Boonville, California, from June 20-22. A total of 17 reggae and dancehall acts have been advertised for the three-day festival. The Sierra Nevada show, along with another California event, Reggae On The River, are the longest-running ‘reggae’ festivals in the United States. Fast-rising roots reggae act Kabaka Pyramid and his Bebble Rockers band are among the headliners for the first night.
