THE MARCIA GRIFFITHS AND FRIENDS UK TOUR IS BACK ON AGAIN!

 Marcia Griffiths (right) seen here with fellow I-Three Judy Mowatt.— THE on-again, off-again ‘Marcia Griffiths and Friends’ shows in the United Kingdom, have been rescheduled for late April at four venues. Copeland Forbes, who is organizing the shows, told the Jamaica Observer that Griffiths, Judy Mowatt, Bob Andy, Tanya Stephens and Richie Spice are confirmed for the gigs, which take place at O2 Shepherds Bush Empire (August 28), O2 Academy in Birmingham (August 29), O2 Academy in Leeds (August 30), and O2 Academy in Bristol on August 31. The acts will be backed by the 809 Band. The shows had been cancelled twice: last September when promoters failed to attract sufficient sponsorship, and in May when the artists had a falling-out with promoter Malinnga Tejan-Sie.    After over a year of performing the Marcia Griffiths’ and Friends World Tour, Veteran Reggae artist Marcia Griffiths is now quite perturbed as events slated for England this week face imminent postponement. LEROY SIBBLES RELEASES THE “FEEL GOOD” RIDDIM!

Now-a-days the legendary singer/songwriter/musician Leroy Sibbles divides his time between touring, recording and producing for his indie label "Bright Beam Music".
