Pam Hall— SINGER Pam Hall first hit the charts in the 1970’s as one half of the duo Pam and Woody. They scored hits including Creation and You Should Never Do That (which featured Tinga Stewart). Her 1986 single Dear Boopsie reached number 54 on the UK pop chart. In the 1990’s, she scored with covers of Whitney Houston’s I Will Always Love You (number 3 on the New York Reggae chart); and Candi Staton’s Young Hearts Run Free (number four in 1996). PAM HALL, LEROY SIBBLES, HALF PINT, AND ERIC DONALDSON TO PERFORM FOR CHARITY IN NAIROBI, KENYA!
Reggae stars for library charity in Kenya Pam Hall—- Eric Donaldson, Pam Hall, Half Pint and Leroy Sibbles are currently in Nairobi, Kenya for a charity show, funds from which will be used to build libraries in the East African country. According to the Kenya Star, the quartet is scheduled to perform on the Rise Up Festival Saturday at Carnivore Grounds in Nairobi. The two libraries will be built in the cities of Kibera and Bondo. The Kenyan Star reported that Donaldson, Hall, Sibbles and Half Pint were recruited by the Having Purpose organisation to perform on the inaugural event.
