MACKIE CONSCIOUS RELEASES NEW ALBUM “LEAVES THE CRUMBS ALONE!”

 The  multi-talented song writer, singer, musician, and producer, Mackie Conscious, recently released his latest album, “Leave the Crumbs Alone.”  which is available on Cdbaby, ITunes ,Amazon and all major download sites. This is his second album following “What If” which was released in 2009. Apart form two various artists collaboration albums which he produced, “The Trod Rhythm” and “The Lucky Rhythm” that features more than 20 of Jamaica’s top recording artists,  Mr. Conscious has been working tremendously in the studio releasing several hit singles that gave him international  recognition and topping chart in the USA. REGGAE MUSIC “TUN UP” FOR PAUL ELLIOTT AT ALBUM LAUNCH!

PAUL Elliott launched his album, Reggae Music TUN Up, recently at Reggae City Bar, Camp Road, in Kingston. The event, a joint production of the singer, Stronger Productions, and Big Stone Records, also saw Lifetime Achievements Awards being presented to four cultural stalwarts — 92-year-old Garveyite, Queen Mother Mariam Samad, singers Bunny Wailer and Fred Locks, and percussionist Bongo Herman. “When I decided to do this launch, I said to myself, ‘I couldn’t do it without honouring the people who set the trend before me,” Elliott told the large gathering. VETERANS CLAIM THE MUSIC BIZ IN JAMAICA IS NO LONGER PROFITABLE!

By Curtis Campbell— Veteran producer, Clifton ‘Specialist’ Dillon—- Following the recent success of Omi’s Cheerleader single in international markets, veteran reggae artiste Paul Elliott is encouraging other Jamaican acts to export more of their music. Elliott, who is now promoting an album titled Reggae Music Tun Up, says Omi was forced to take his talent overseas since the local music industry is not prepared to promote or purchase quality music. Elliott says, like Omi, he has found favour with charts in the international market.
