ROOTS SINGER PETER BROGGS DIES AT 64!

 Peter Broggs— PETER Broggs, a roots singer whose 1982 album Rastafari Liveth! helped launch RAS Records, has died. The French website, unitedreggae.com, reported that he died from complications of a stroke on December 19. He was 64 years-old. Born Henry James in Hanover, Broggs began recording in the 1970s.
