BY RICHARD JOHNSON—  Sister Mitzie Williams, part of the organizing team of Rastafari Rootzfest, shares at the launch of the event held at the Ashanti Vegetarian Restaurant in St Andrew last Wednesday. (Garfield Robinson) THREE elements of Jamaican culture — Rastafari, reggae and ganja — will be on show at the December 9-11 Rastafari Rootzfest at Long Bay Beach Park in Negril. Last year, the inaugural festival was held as High Times Cannabis Cup. However, local organizers have since severed ties with High Times, the New York magazine which owns rights to the Cannabis Cup.
