FEMALE ARTISTS ARE ASKING FOR MORE FROM REGGAE SUMFEST 2016!

By Curtis Campbell— The organiZers of Reggae Sumfest have been forced to respond to suggestions that the festival, which takes place in Montego Bay, St James, later this month, is bias against women. Only three women, Spice, who is arguably the number one female dancehall artist in the island, Clymaxx and Ishawna have been booked for this year’s show, leading critics to declare that it is a ‘bullfest’. “NO FOREIGN ARTISTS FOR REGGAE SUMFEST” DECLARE ITS ORGANIZERS!

With the 16th staging of the festival fast approaching, the businessman has revealed that there will be no international night this year and no international act. The festival, which has been scaled down from three nights to two, will see Dancehall Night being held on Friday, July 22, and Reggae Night on Saturday, July 23.
