Fresh from a stint in Panama, reggae artist Dillgin is on the move putting together a summer promotional trip to Europe. While in the small Central American country several club appearances and radio interviews were undertaken. The recent hit “Shining” was also added to the playlists of some of the stations during the artist’s one week stay.
