 Japan Prime Minister Shinzo Abe today visited the famous Bob Marley Museum on Hope Road in Kingston, after arriving in Jamaica. He is photographed in front of Bob Marley’s statue with Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller. He also participated in a wreath-laying at the Cenotaph in National Heroes Park, in honor of soldiers who fought in World Wars I and II, and is also expected to attend a dinner hosted by the prime minister. BRITISH PRIME MINISTER ARRIVES IN JAMAICA TODAY (SEPT 29) WHILE THE JAPANESE PM ARRIVES THE NEXT DAY!

Bottom: Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe– BRITISH Prime Minister David Cameron is scheduled to arrive in the island this afternoon for a one-day official visit during which he will engage in a flurry of State-planned activities in the nation’s capital, Kingston. Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller will hold bilateral talks with Cameron at Jamaica House shortly after his arrival, following which a joint press statement will be issued. Simpson Miller will also host the British prime minister at a reception at Vale Royal later in the evening.
