A LOW TURN-OUT TREATED TO A SPICY FAMILY AFFAIR!

The Bonner Brothers –A spicy family affair IN terms of reggae families, the Marleys and Morgans certainly dominate, but the talent of the Bonner Brothers — Richie Spice, Pliers, Spanner Banner and Snatch — is undeniable. A press release sent to THE STAR has also substantiated the elements of the video. “I have been going through a lot, that sometimes I don’t even tell my family. A few weeks ago, I was in a terrible car accident. If you saw the accident, you wouldn’t believe I came out of that vehicle without a scratch. I have to give God thanks,” the artist said in a part of the video, which was then followed by crash photos of a vehicle the artist appeared to have … Read entire article »

Spanner Banner By Hasani Walters— While Mikey Bennett’s efforts at creating a Jamaica50 song hangs in limbo, a myriad of artists have, on their own, donned their black, green and gold, put pen to paper, and released songs for a most memorable milestone. Bennett was tasked with the job of creating a song last year for the celebrations and coined the 15-artist collaboration Find The Flag, but with a change in the political leadership of the country, that effort may have been shelved. The … Read entire article »
