JAMAICAN ARTISTS SEE AFRICA, “THE MOTHERLAND” IN DIFFERENT LYRICAL WAYS!

JUNIOR GONG MARLEY HAS PRODUCED ANOTHER ABYSINIANS CLASSIC FOR THIRD WORLD!

   Third World— DECADES after recording a much-loved cover of the iconic Sattamassagana, reggae band Third World have added another track by reggae aggregation The Abbysinians to their repertoire. The Reggae Ambassadors have covered YimMesGam (Let Him Be Praised) and on Thursday, family, friends and well-wishers came out to support the premiere of the track accompanying video at the Triple Century Sports Bar in New Kingston. The video was directed by Kassa and sees the members of the band driving around in a vintage automobile to the moving music of the track. Produced by Damion ‘Junior Gong’ Marley, YimMesGan features the strong vocal harmonies of the members of the band with frontman AJ Brown.
