THE BLUES BUSTERS: Two Jamaicans who have been well on the entertainment scene abroad, are seen in performance at the Nuggets for the Needy Gala Show staged at the Carib Theater. Lloyd Campbell and Phillip James, came to Kingston from Bermuda, where they had been performing. The days of the singing duos have long been forgotten in Jamaican popular music. Gone are the days when tight harmonies and sweet vocal tones were characterized by artistes like Keith and Enid, Derrick and Patsy, Stranger and Patsy, Higgs and Wilson, Jackie and Doreen, Larry and Alvin, The Clarendonians, Stranger and Gladdy, Creator and Norma, Owen and Millie, and others.
