The controversial deejay issued a statement condemning the police’s action, saying they breached his constitutional rights. “How can the police prevent a citizen from engaging legitimate employment! According to Bert Samuels, the attorney representing Tommy Lee Sparta, the sourcing of documentation is what is causing the delay. “We are the ones that the Dominican Government is waiting on, as we are going all over the place getting the relevant documents together,” Samuels told the Jamaica Observer. The 26-year-old entertainer, whose given name is Leroy Russell, along with three members of his team, Tiasha Oralie Russell, Junior Fraser and Mario Christopher Wallace, were deported from that Caribbean territory a day after their arrival.
