Tony Roy— Singer Tony Roy, a stalwart of the Baltimore/Washington DC reggae scene, has a new song out — the self-produced Bad Dog. According to Roy, “Bad Dog is about my (personal) security without using knives and guns.” Roy was in Kingston recently doing recording sessions at Anchor studios.
