By Barbara Gayle— KINGSTON, Jamaica: The court has turned down the appeal of the two men convicted of the murder of former Jamaican world heavyweight boxing champion, Trevor Berbick. The Court of Appeal handed down its ruling this afternoon. The boxer’s nephew, Harold Berbick and another man, Kenton Gordon, were convicted of the murder in 2007.
