GOSPEL reggae singer Ricardo ‘Jubba D’ Harris is waiting for the day when his music makes a difference in the lives of listeners.

And, despite the challenges, he believes it will eventually happen through God’s help.

JUBBA D… describes his style as “unique and catchy”

“I have a style that people like, I think I have the flavour,” he said.

Jubba D describes his style as “unique and catchy” and is counting on this to take him to the top.

Last year, he released his first single Mi Nuh Waan Nuh Devil and although it has not taken off as much as he would have hoped, he thinks it could happen with more airplay.

He said has done collabs with other gospel artists but they are yet to be released.

The Spanish Town-born gospel artist and past student of Denham Town High said he developed a love of music at an early age.

He started off by performing at school concerts and community events before hitting the big stage at the annual Fun in the Son gospel concert.

Jubba D, who got saved a few years ago, said he will be experimenting with “clean secular songs” as he is a well-rounded entertainer.
